Mendy McGuire, PharmD Bark Chicago is awesome! Tramp, my little terrier mutt, LOVES playcare at Bark Chicago. Everyday he is so excited when we pull up. Not only does Tramp love it, I do to. The staff is so nice and helpful. One day my car broke down when I was retrieving Tramp. It was about the time they closed and the staff stayed late until the tow truck arrived. Mary Lou Sarmiento BARK Chicago gives my Mommy peace of mind everyday! My Mom LOVES BARK Chicago!! She leaves for work knowing that my brother and I are getting a visit from the best dog walkers in the city! Once the dog walker gets me out from under the covers and my brother out of the crate, we walk thru the city our TAYLOR Street neighborhood. We chase squirrels, bark at other dogs and roll in the grass! Then after our walk we get treats and KISSES! It's GREAT! When my mom gets home, she sees how happy we are because we had a nice break in the day with our friends from BARK Chicago! My mom no longer feels guilty about having to leave for work each day! Annemarie When I first brought my little (10 week old) black Lab home, I was thrilled! When I first realized that I had to go to work the next day from 8am-6pm, I was less than thrilled. What was I going to do with a puppy who needed constant supervision and care? Lock her in a cage for 10 hours? I knew I couldn't do that. Frantically, I looked for care in the neighborhood, I found BARK Chicago's website and I called. Within hours Jennifer from BARK Chicago arrived at my house and we worked out a schedule for taking care of my new puppy. It was perfect. Seven months later, I cound on BARK Chicago to care for my rapidly growing Lab. My dog goes to "PLAYcare" a few times during the week. "PLAYcare" is great for a puppy, as it gives them the opportunity to interact with other dogs and teaches them to get along with others as well. But some days, I leave her at home and try to get out of work early. However, if I ever get stuck at work, I can call BARK Chicago and arrange for someone to swing by my house, take her for a walk & get some exercise! Moreover, if my dog gets dirty or smelly, BARK Chicago also offers bathing services for your pooch. With a convenient location and great service, I count on BARK Chicago every week! I highly reccomend Jennifer and BARK Chicago.

Connie Whitesell I am VERY happy with the care Daisy recieves at BARK Chicago! I did not realize when I stopped by last month that I had arrived during a "no visitors" timer period. I appreciate that you and your staff allowed me to come into the facility during peak doggie PLAYcare time and observe the doggies! I was very impressed with the amount of outdoor space you have and I noticed lots of opportunity for doggie play - with toys, staff, kiddie pools, and on top of the doggie houses (which is where I found my Daisy!) and just for lounging (indoor/outdoor) - another favorite of Daisy's. Although Daisy is pretty tired during the evenings following PLAYcare, we've also noticed that she has more energy at other times, which indicates to me she is getting plenty of exercise with the other dogs. I love that you have been so helpful with my last minute requests for daycare. Sometimes I don't find out until the last minute that I have to work marathon hours in a day and it has been very helpful to be able to contact you for my help with Daisy! Debbie Grigg I have been with BARK Chicago since I moved here from Cleveland. I was very nervous about moving to the city with my "baby", but Jen & her crew have been there for me & Riley since day one. They take all my calls and answer my ??'s in detail about Riley's day at PLAYcare! (I's sure they think I'm neurotic!) Riley was only going 3 days/week in the beginning..I found myself sad on the other 2 days when he was just getting walks! I changed Riley's schedule and he began PLAYcare 5 days/week & I was thrilled!......... Hello Jennifer & crew..Im sad to say but my job has relocated myself & Riley and we're moving away! You & your team are the GREATEST!! I know that Riley is well taken care of when he is with you guys. I also know how happy he is at BARK Chicago. This is very evident when he leaves me & runs to you folks, like at the HOWL-O-WEEN Party! I cannot express how much all that means to me! Kerry Bulthuis My friends recommended BARK Chicago dog daycare to me when I got Bally, my puppy Papillion. They had been taking their dog Geno to BARK Chicago for some time and said Jennifer & her staff were great! I went to several facilities before I committed to leaving "my baby" with anyone! I was immediately impressed by BARK Chicago's West Loop facility and the friendly staff. Bally is small, 7 lbs., but it works out perfectly because she has smaller dog buddies to play with! Ever since she goes to PLAYcare..(We call it BARK PARK!) her behavior and mannerisms have changed dramatically. She has a chance to socialize, play & be part of a "pack" which is natural and necessary for dogs. I drop her off in the morning and never think twice about her happiness or safety. I know she is in great, loving hands at BARK Chicago with Jennifer, Lorrin & the rest of the BARK staff. When I pick her up at the end of the day she is happy & tired. It's the best thing I have done for her! I could never leave her alone by herself while I'm at work 8-10 hours a day! Jocelyn Zolna As a dog owner, not only do I LOVE BARK but most importantly - my dog does too! There are many examples that demonstrate how much Logan loves BARK - but this is the most recent. After being out of town for two weeks, Logan was definitely ready to return to "Puppy Play House" as we call it in our family. He woke up early his first morning back and started to pace the house - whimpering as if something was wrong. We knew nothing was wrong he just couldn't wait to go to BARK! As we drove him to daycare, he continued to cry and pace the car. Upon arriving at BARK, he waited with anticipation just staring at the door waiting for the BARK employee to open the door. As soon as the door opened- he was off with no looking back at me for a goodbye. His whole morning was preparing to go to BARK and PLAY!!!! It was so cute! Just ANOTHER reminder that he is at the best BARK in town! Thank you to Jennifer and the entire BARK staff for ALWAYS going above and beyond to create a happy and safe place for our pups to play. Kristian and Jaime Schroder, Proud owners of Cody Jennifer at Bark Chicago is not the first dog boarding provider we have taken our precious dog, Cody, too but it will be the last one. From the first time talking to her over the phone to the first drop off just set the tone to what we could expect out of someone that truly respects and loves your dog as her own. What I really like about her is that she is not only caring for the dogs but she has a lot to teach them and let's not forget; a lot to teach the owners as well. She makes the experience a lot of dog owners hate, LEAVE YOUR DOG WITH SOMEONE ELSE, to something great and we can not wait for every time Cody needs to stay with her. We have had Cody stay with her anywhere from one day to 45 days and not once did we feel worried. The high standards she has set for herself, her business, her co-workers go beyond expectations and I would nothing else than for her to always be at full capacity with happy clients' dogs who also have realized and experienced what we have. Leave you dog with Bark Chicago and it will be the end of your search for a great home away from home for your dog. Keep up the great work Jennifer!
Stefanie, Eric, & CeCe I cannot thank you enough for ALL that you have done Jennifer. You guys have been caring for Sinatra since he was a baby. I still remember the first day we met.....and though he was such a SPAZ you never acted like it was too much to handle. You have given me advice, helped care for him when he was injured (his bleeding boy parts:)), taken him on short notice for boarding. You have been super understanding with my ever-changing schedule....which i appreciate more than you know. I truly believe that Sinatra has become a better tempered dog because of his weekly daycare visits. Without you guys.....I dont know what we would have done. I am excited to have a house and yard for him......BUT you guys prove that having a dog in the city is totally possible. NO other place compares to you....and I mean that. I have loved watching Bark Chicago grow........you have done such amazing work. I am hoping to keep in touch with you guys after we are gone. I would love to hear how things are with Bark....and I would also love to keep you updated on Sinatra. Again.....thank you soooooooooooo very much for taking care of our baby. We are so proud to say he is a Bark Chicago dog!
