may cost you $12-$13/walk for 20-30 minutes each visit...puppies
must go out every couple hours....Our puppy playcare lets BARK
Chicago staff do the work for YOU!! Averaging between $23-$25/day...up
to 12 hours....BARK Chicago staff monitor your puppy closely,
let them play with other puppies (based upon vaccinations received),
& take them out for regular potty breaks! It's the BEST thing
in the world when your puppy learns to potty OUTside!

on daycare packages will be applied to clients with 4 or 5 service
days/week...10% Off package recharges...Complimentary spa baths
to VIP clients the 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month...
*(Some Restrictions May Apply During Holiday Weeks!)
* Discounted daycare service requirement is (2) days per week
for optimal socialization & comfort!
* Please note that our facility is CLOSED to the public between
10:00am & 3:00pm so that the doggies are not disturbed during
their day! This policy is STRICTLY enforced!

Cancellation
Pawlicy!...Attention Clients!
All daycare reservations not required MUST be cancelled within
(1) business day of reservation or client will be charged or
credit from package deducted..NO-CALL NO-SHOW/LAST MINUTE CXL
for that reservation.
Facility Reminder....
*As of April
1st , 2007 please note the City Of Chicago's NEW Animal Care
Facility Regulations! Per
City Of Chicago Municipal Code 4-5-010 the following rules apply
to ANY animal attending a City Of Chicago Animal Care Facility
for any pet service:
-Each dog owner MUST provide the following proof of vaccinations
or current veterinary certificate of health verifying:
- Said animal is FREE from intestinal
parasites
- Distemper/Parvo
- Rabies
- Bordetella (kennel cough-* For
utmost protection we recommend a 6 month booster)
Titer's will be accepted as long
as certification is within the previous 12 month period from
the date of presentation of the animal.
Each owner of each dog 4 months of age or older shall have a
valid annual City Of Chicago dog license/Dog Park Permit issued
with proof on file as such..
Each dog MUST have a properly labeled name tag with current owner
information attached to his/her collar or dog harness.
