Want a squeaky clean dog coming home?....Just ask our staff for a bath before he goes home...$25 with any boarding stay!

*PLESASE NOTE! All boarding stays within the above stated dates will require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold space for your pet.

*Special Holiday Cancellation Pawlicy: All special holiday boarding reservations must be cancelled 14 Business days in advance of holiday arrival date. If requested reservation is not cancelled in accordance of this policy or if the client does not show for the reserved space the credit card on file will be charged for the reservation in its entirety. We have limited space available for these high occupancy holidays and would appreciate consideration given to others standing by waiting for boarding space.

Vaccination Requirements....
All dogs must be current on Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Rabies & Distemper/ParvoVaccinations with an Annual Fecal/Parasite Exam
Please note!... If your dogs vaccinations are expired they will be taken to the nearest medical facility and vaccinated to comply with health codes. Clients accounts will be charged accordingly for veterinarian fees & pet taxi fees.

Packing that doggie suitcase?....
When packing for your pooch please be kind to the environement! Please send 1-5lb. or 1-10lb. bag of your dog's food per stay or individually package your dogs food in small paper bags as needed per meal or day for their stay... it will help BARK Chicago's effort to remain a earth friendly facility! Please include 1 days extra of food incase of flight cancellations, extended trip stay etc. Please remember, your dog is playin' hard all day! Package a little extra food per meal so his/her calorie intake can keep up with your pups activity level!
Please feel free to bring your dog's bed or favorite blanket too! We want your dog to be as comfy as he/she can be while staying with us! Please keep in mind we will wash your bedding if need be so make sure it's not too big for our washing machine!
Toy's & dog bowls aren't needed...but feel free to pack your dogs favorite toy or wubby! We'll make sure its tucked in with your pup nightly!

*Our apologies to unsocial dogs, but dogs MUST be freely able to socialize with other dogs and get along without ISSUES. BARK Chicago does not discriminate to breeds, we discriminate to mean dogs! BARK Chicago does NOT accept dogs that are not socialized for boarding or daycare services. This is a cage-free daycare facility. Dogs MUST be able to run around freely & safely throughout his/her day!

*AS OF April 1st , 2007 the following rules will be strictly adhered to as required by the City Of Chicago's NEW Animal Care Facility Regulations!
Per City Of Chicago Municipal Code 4-5-010 the following rules apply to ANY animal attending a City Of Chicago Animal Care Facility:

• Each dog owner MUST provide the following proof of vaccinations...Current veterinary certificate of health verifying dog is FREE from intestinal parasites; proof of current distemper, rabies, parvovirus & bordetella vaccinations. *Titer's will be accepted as long as certification is within the previous 12 month period from the date of presentation of the animal.
• Each owner of each dog 4 months of age or older shall have a City Of Chicago dog license and necessary paperwork on file with their facility.
• Each dog MUST have a properly labeled name tag with current owner information attached to his/her collar or dog harness.
